Not a classroom. A sport for kids who need to move.

One skill a week, taught in short rounds with a quick swap to the next pair, water breaks throughout, and game time to finish. There is very little sitting still involved, and no child is left standing idle between reps.

Every child starts with a free first assessment class when you book within 7 days of enquiring. The coach sees where your child is starting from and talks to you at the end.

The worry

Two hours is a long class. Will they actually last?

It is not two hours of standing on a court. It is a warm-up, then the skill of the week drilled in short rounds with the coach feeding the shuttle straight to your child, then game time for the last half hour. Water breaks run throughout and any child can sit out for a minute whenever they need to.

We are not going to tell you this fixes focus, because no block of classes can promise that for any child. What we can tell you is how the session is built.
