Swap screen time for a sport they ask to go back to.
Two hours a week, indoors, all year, with nobody standing idle. They are moving the whole session, the last half hour is game time, and for almost every kid we coach the games are the part they go home talking about.
Every child starts with a free first assessment class when you book within 7 days of enquiring. The coach sees where your child is starting from and talks to you at the end.
The worry
Not sporty? That is who we built this for.
We coach beginners, which is why the coach can feed the shuttle straight to your child and turn "I can't hit it" into five in a row. From week 2 they are grouped with kids their own age and starting level, so they are not the odd one out.
Week 3 is the week a new kid usually dips, once the novelty has worn off, and our coaches plan for it rather than hope it does not come.
